Our Founder
Martin McManus founded MCM Window Cleaning & Support Services in 2019.
Driven by a strong work ethic and ambition from an early age, he began working in the hospitality industry in 2004.
He graduated with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Ulster in 2011, earning a Diploma in Industrial Studies as part of his academic journey.
Martin became a firefighter in 2013 - a role he continues to balance alongside leading the growth and development of MCM.
He credits each stage of his career with shaping the standards, professionalism, and service quality that define the company today.
Martin is married and the proud father of two young daughters.
